How do we do this? The Offer Gauge provides an easy to use home buyers DIY inspection and feedback system that can be completed by anyone. Buyers viewing multiple homes can create mini surveys, with easy to upload photographs to help memorize and identify both the positive aspects and potential concerns of every home they view. This feedback allows agents to better deal with their customers, as they will either find a new home or bring one of the current ones to contract. Offer Gauge automatically creates professional pdf reports which can be emailed to anyone.
